BUILDING A NEW HOME?

I am thinking of building…

Integrating a pool into your new home design should be easy as you have a blank canvas to work with. What can be hard is that home builders do not typically like working with others onsite and this can leave the owner stuck in the middle.

Make sure your house builder is happy to work with a pool builder and don't take their word for it  - get it in writing! It can save you money by getting the pool in at the right time. With smaller blocks these days it is so important to be able to work the construction of your pool in with the house.

We are the “Trusted Partner” for concrete swimming pools for Home Builders Advantage based in Perth. Our relationship came about as we were quoting for a job to build a pool and the client had become frustrated with the reluctance of their builder to co-operate. Also the “off the plan” house they were looking at did not compliment their unique block shape and outdoor entertaining was a priority.

We mentioned that it may be worth speaking to Home Builders Advantage and after their first meeting cancelled their initial contract with their house builder. HBA redesigned the house with a view over the pool area, found the best quote from several of Perths top home builders and saved a great amount of money in the process. They can even help you choose the best block of land! The savings from using their trusted partners for finishing works such as air conditioning, kitchens, electrical etc also make it a worthwhile choice.

Now there was more room for the pool  - and this meant they could put the pool in after the house which saved money in engineering and safety fencing during construction.

Recommendations do not come lightly from us as our reputation is on the line. If you have not selected a builder  - definantly give Home Builders Advantage a call even just for a chat.

I am building already…

Feel free to call or email us - we can have a look at your plans and design a pool to fit. Ensure that no soakwells, electrical, sewer etc are put through the area where you are looking at building the pool.

Bobcat usually requires access of 2m wide but can be as narrow as 1m with use of a mini bobcat or excavator.

Jotting in a rough outline of a pool at the planning stage with your builder at least helps them avoid placing any services there.

We are happy to speak to your builder and will endeavor to do our best to save you money and ease the integration process.
