Integrating a pool into your new home design should be easy as you have a blank canvas to work with. What can be hard is that home builders do not typically like working with others onsite and this can leave the owner stuck in the middle.
Make sure your house builder is happy to work with a pool builder and don't take their word for it - get it in writing! It can save you money by getting the pool in at the right time. Jotting in a rough outline of a pool at the planning stage with your builder at least helps them avoid placing any services there.
